The group defined the synth duo format and were subsequently followed by notable acts such as Erasure, Pet Shop Boys, Bronski Beat and many more.

Originally released in 1983, In Outer Space became one of their most successful in the U.S and features the singles ‘Cool Places’, ‘All You Ever Think About Is Sex’ and ‘Please, Baby, Please’.
